- Objectives - What are you trying to achieve with the donations?
- Use of Donations - Describe how you will use the donations. Be specific.
- Community Presence - Most of the donations will come from members in your own community. Describe the connection between the donor and the community and describe how the donation will benefit the community as a whole.
- Be Clear and Honest - Make your description short and to the point. You want to gain the confidence of donors and ensure them that their donation will make a difference.
- Provide Contact Information - Include a telephone number, name, address or email so that donors can update themselves on the project after the campaign is complete.
